Peach Tea Language and ISO 8601

Good afternoon (EST)! I'll keep it brief: Peach Tea Language (PTL) is now live on GitHub. Additionally, the site will primarily abide by the ISO 8601 standards of time-and-date-keeping from this point onward, as that's the format I've been utilizing for a solid few months now; several pages, including all previous announcements, have been updated retrospectively to reflect this.
